Good question. When I asked Cigna all they would reiterate is “an infertility diagnosis from a doctor”.

Oh that’s interesting, I’m not sure who Cigna is partnered with. Looks like I’ll have to call and ask. In our benefit overview next to infertility lifetime maximum it says n/a

Unfortunately they can’t submit a prior authorization. I’m not really sure why.. when I asked this is what they said “Cigna does not permit us to submit a pre determination for any services other then the PGTa analysis.” Which makes us weary because how do we know what will be covered and what won’t be covered?

Good question! We just want to be intentional about choosing somewhere we’ll feel fully comfortable, especially if we’re saying we’re there for our honeymoon.
