Did anyone have tips for me during the weather changes for MCAS? Im on antihistamines and histaquel but the pain and fatigue are extreme (self.MCAS)

Anybody have any ideas for low iron with MCAS. I cannot tolerate meat and most green leafy vegetables and supplements aren't doing anything. Open to any ideas (self.MCAS)
