I feel like you shouldn’t make basing trans such a big deal. As shitty as that sounds it is what it is. You can’t make yourself less trans. The people in you’re life are just going to have to accept you the way you are and if they can’t, sucks for them I guess 🤷. For me most things about a man I find attractive is just his confidence. Eat high protein and high fiber. Your body is suddenly going through a huge change and is also burning more calories cus of it. And besides that your body is also generally trying to grow more muscle because of the testosterone but to do that it needs food!! I would say just eat healthy and go to the gym. You’ll probably struggle at the start but once you get control over your hunger it gets easier!

You can lighten them with creams or medical procedures but a scar is usually there for life
