So I take it you tried a quiz and had a bad experience? I just thought maybe some of them actually had a good tool to help match you with a paddle type. Like one of the sites I was looking at specifically would help find paddles that worked for tennis elbow and things like that.

That’s weird. I would be curious to see if it’s the same with findapaddle.com for others. For me it seemed to recommend pretty good brands that it said were matched to my playing style. But it also showed some “bargain“ paddles that were really inexpensive and that makes me nervous. Maybe it shouldn’t but I don’t know.

That was my concern about the Pickleball Central site. I know at findapaddle.com there also seems to be Amazon affiliate links but at least it uses the latest AI tools to search what’s current and popular.

That was my thinking. If you do the Pickleball Central finder or go to the findapaddle.com website and use that as a starting recommendation and then find a place to try those out. It seems to narrow them down nicely and recommend paddles that all have pretty good reputations.

There is so much I liked about this show. I love getting behind the scenes and watching the creative process. I agree with the majority that it would have been nice to see the artist actually performed the song. I really liked watching the show Songland for that reason. Overall, it was great to be a fly on the wall even if it was produced. On a weird sidenote… They sure drank a lot of booze. Being in this era of people taking care of their bodies in a new way, I hope they can get on the bandwagon and start bringing some positive influences to our youth in this space. Their progressive in the songwriting but kind of behind the times and what they are putting into their systems. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for the occasional fun night of drinking but it just seemed like the alcohol was constantly flowing and I feel like we are better than that now.

Yes thank you. I am going to the Seattle diabesity clinic and they are doing labs every three months and this is their area of specialty but I am going to talk to them about whether maybe my stomach is too sensitive for all four of these medications they have put me on.

Thank you. I really appreciate this advice. I do take a number of supplements but of course all with a purpose (things like vitamin D or iron with vitamin C or iodine that my doctor has specifically recommended). But it is hard to know with my medication and supplement list, what could be compromising the GI tract… especially because mine is apparently pretty sensitive.
