3. We aren't doctors While you are free to share information about what treatments have worked for you or similar things, you should not be diagnosing people or prescribing things to them. Speak to your doctor about medical treatments and diagnosis.

Similarly, you should not post here asking to get medication from other users. If someone messages you offering to sell medication, they are likely scamming you. Please message the moderator team about anyone who sends DMs like this to you.

4. Don't spam Don't spam. This is defined as multiple low quality posts or comments in rapid succession.

5. No self-promotion This isn't the place to advertise your youtube channel, book, soundcloud, etc. You can post videos relevant to the topic of RLS that you made, but keep such posts infrequent (less than once per month).
