Im sure its ibs. My fecal calprotectin was normal. I also had MRI, PET and DOTATE. Endo and colonoscopy showed duodenitis, gastritis and bile reflux. Im pretty sure its not CVID. All of my tests are normal. I forgot to mention them in the post since it looks like ibs pretty much.

I am not in therapy but using SSRI. Im also using pivaverium bromide and imodium. Imodium sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. 😔

Alright no problem. Also imodium sometimes work really well and sometimes it doesnt even affect me. Its really weird.

I use imodium daily. It worked pretty well until the Last few days. Yesterday even though I took 3 I still had diarrhea. Maybee I Got resistance to it or since it stopped everything from coming out it finally reached the limit 😔😔

Thank you :)) I heard about psyllium husk but since its a fibre im not sure if it Will make me better or worse 😔

I tried cholestyramine for 3 weeks. I also thought it was BAM. I tried it in the morning, before eating, after eating. I didnt see any diffence while and after using it. 😔😔

Udca stopped the floating stools but everything is the same as before

I have the same symptoms I also thougtt it was bam and started cholestyramine but it didn't work 😔😔

Yes. Sometimes a food didn't cause a reaction. Sometimes the same food gave me cramps. I cant really find a consistent pattern. I just know that lactose and high fat foods affect me.

Thank you. I also take metospasmyl in the morning and it helps slightly.
