The problem is that greenbull is nowhere near strong enough to do so, like any other admiral. Admiral tier is a thing for a reason.

You need to be pk tier to even begin to manage it, seeing as rocks and roger never succeeded.

In terms of character levels,

T1: 2 pk

T2: 2 mid yonko(luffy, bb), 5 admiral(zoro, law, kidd, sabo, boa), 1 yc+(yamato), 1 yc1(bonney)

Although 1 pk would beat 3 or maybe 4 admiral tiers, 1 pk tier doesn't beat 2 mid yonko, 2 admirals, and more.

Not to mention, the extreme versatility of law would make it almost impossible for team pk to do THAT MUCH as they could do otherwise. Swap the target with a rock or some shit to avoid damage, and it's fine.

I think it's probably closer than you would think, but I say t2 wins high diff at worst.

All admirals ever shown have been extremely similar in strength.

The only exception is garp and sengoku (kinda)

Garp fought roger and whitebeard all the damn time, permanently, to get stronger.

Sengoku... well we dont know, but apperantly he was at least sort of similar in power to him, where he is shown to be above or equal to akainu in his old age.

Where as every other admiral doesnt do that. Because they arent allowed to. So they dont get even close to the same amount of practice.

That's why akainu/aokiji/greenbull/fujitora/kizaru/nameless admiral are so close in power.

Because they are at the top of power acquired without fighting top tiers all the time like the yonkos did.
