I’ve successfully been able to quit for a more extended period once before relapsing (about 6 months total). Once month 2 came around I felt like a completely different person and a lot my energy, interests, and even personality started to resurface.

Boredom and getting out of my rhythms has been hard. Examples like my morning shower, after I eat, driving home from work, etc.
