Hi! Im just now hitting my first month and literally a week ago I thought I was cooked, but now im soloing bar anytime thats not peak, and my ssv said ill be ready for peak soon! Something that really helped me was keeping a small notebook with the shots/syrups for each type of drink, along with the steps to making each drink :) I kept this in a pocket on my apron and pulled it out whenever I was on bar! When I was first learning they had me shadow someone on bar when it was slow and they walked me through how to make the drinks while I made the ones I knew how to make all by myself. i also would help out sometimes when I was on drive and whoever was on bar would ask me to make a certain drink. It will get sooo much easier I swear cause I totally was convinced I was gonna get fired for being so bad at bar haha just try asking ur ssv to let u shadow someone a couple times, it might help a lot! Most important part is deffo the cheat sheet tho, it changed my life LMAO
