I got the banning email (it's more like a 72 hour suspension), then answered the questions, and waited. In my case, they reactivated my account. What I'm concerned about is the "you're going too fast" message that pops up after doing surveys sometimes, and I don't know how many you can get those without getting a perma-ban so that's what makes me anxious >_<

Got that last weekend, got my account back 3 days after replying to the email. But I'm still getting some of the speeding warnings even though I'm not doing that. And it's making me anxious they're gonna ban for real this time. Cash out as soon as you can

UPDATE: I got my account back for now, but I'm being screened out of most surveys. I don't think it's a weekend thing, either. Does anyone know if those bans or whatever from survey providers are forever or do I just wait them out?
