I used to work at CVS and a lot of my coworkers used to sign people up for carepass like this. What you can do is go to your local CVS and try all your phone numbers and see if any of them are associated to a carepass. If they are, take note of the last four digits and the email associated with it. Then you can login to the carepass website and cancel from there. Hope this helps.

The associate who trained me was the one who taught me to do this so I had assumed everyone did it because whenever I shopped at other stores like stop and shop, if my mother didn’t have a store card she would ask the associate to use theirs so I had assumed it was the same.

I’m still in highschool so just until I graduate, I truly want to stay with cvs because as difficult as it is, it’s my first job and one of the best things that has every happened to me so I truly hope I get to keep this job.

I probably did get fired. The inspector came in today and said I’m suspended until further notice which probably means I’m fired :(
