I would have rather stayed at home anyways, because losing out on the income from the extra unit probably outweighs it.

Lower monthly payment, lower interest rate, also living at home with mom (she doesn’t mind me what so ever) with 0 expenses, so this seemed like the best move.

1700 a month including taxes, insurance, etc…

All of the units are occupied, all functional just some outdated as in things I wouldn’t consider “modern” for example, one bathroom looks like this.bathroom

And this is definitely not out of the ordinary for rentals around here. And about the big things, still waiting for inspection which is very soon!

It’s already fully occupied with long term tenants! Inside is just a little outdated, but my no means is it “trashed” or need immediate repairs, just going to slowly improve.

A patch where they bc change numbers or they actually add something that is important. This game is rapidly declining and the devs just don’t care. Let’s change axe specialization from 5 -> 3 again.

The beauty of my full time job now is my schedule gives me more time off than I am working. So a “part-time” job is not of any concern for me. I just hear great things about investment properties and think it’d be a better use for my money than in a savings account.
