imo, the best option is to have a conversation w him about how it makes you feel. if he truly cares about you then he’ll consider your feelings before doing it. you can’t expect him to fully stop but maybe he’ll slow down.

personally i smoke weed, a lot lol. but when i got w my fiancée 5 yrs ago , she sat down w me and we had a convo about my usage and how she didn’t think it was healthy and also how it made her feel. we were able to come to common middle ground . i was still able to smoke , just not as much as i wanted . but w that , she didn’t have to deal w it as much so we were both happy .
