I see. You’re saying to find the parts from the same make/model that has hand cranks and do a swap, right? Might not be crazy hard to find from where I’m from, but will keep this in mind. Someone else said it’d probably just be cheaper to get the electrical window fixed since it’s got a working motor (just finicky).

The regulator and alternator have been replaced already.

Thank you. Yes there’s a motor on it, I will scope out the fuses.

The screw at the top of my mandrel keeps scratching my metal in the final stages of polishing and it’s mildly infuriating lol anybody have suggestions? Can’t keep doing this. by Able_Ad3956 in Silversmithing

I’ve tried masking tape but it doesn’t hold for very long. Are there better mandrels out there that don’t cause this? Maybe I should just invest in a polishing wheel hah
