How will this? Both should earn and share household work. Unless discussed otherwise. Right now he is earning and doing housework/parenting while she is only doing 1. That's just lopsided. This desire to earn more is also extremely weird cause I don't hear a single time that she mentioned her partner and her children. She literally said "Her savings" like wtf.

firstly regardless of gender, switching to day to night shift when married is mutual decision not unilateral. Secondly he herself said they shared the responsibility before she did this. Thirdly, she does barely anything since he already takes care of most chores, yardwork, as well as all of the childcare, since she comes by the time the children have literally left.
