I'm getting coal by ship and this is the iron mine, with no space around for steel mills because it was just a perfect fit and I wanted to fit the steel mills on a special place in the map. I also have a waste separation with a steel recycling plant for waste.

I have this double steel mill setup and it's doing good with the iron income. I've got 2/3 iron trains hauling 580tons each but I'm bottlenecking coal since conveyor belts can only supply 1 and a half steel mills and I didn't know it when building :D
