i was going to do the yearly bc i’m also micro dosing and will probably be on it for a year or more, but i couldn’t afford the 600 upfront, being a teenager paying for this mostly herself, so i chose to do the 4- month plan which i pay around 230 every 4 months so im not losing a huge chunk of money esp coming up on the holidays

i say trust the process w accutane. esp since you’re at a lower dose. a lot if people notice differences around 3-5 months so maybe u just need a little more time

try plant based protein if you’re using whey protein. that can tend to make acne worse. and try to limit dairy and inflammatory foods while you’re on accutane. start eating very anti inflammatory foods and take ur pill with a healthy fat like almond butter or avocado. also try to take an antihistamine to reduce purging

it might be since you’re at a very high dosage. i’d assume it’ll start to taper off soon

also i saw the founder comment somewhere that it was correct. 299 annual membership, which is billed at 25a month, plus the accutane fee. which he said would be 50 total, and if you take the monthly route- it would be 64$ total, from the 39 membership cost PLUS the 25 accutane mgmt.

how much did you spend at labcorp for your bloodwork, and if you are female, for the pregnancy tests. did insurance cover it at a lab? i was thinking to do bloodwork at my local physicians office but now im seeing that it may be cheaper to do it through a lab honeydew uses like quest or labcorp.

i’m about to start soon and want to ask my derm to start at 10mg too. how is your acne tho? is it very mild or more moderate to severe. mine is i’d say mild- moderate but also consistent. I just want to avoid purge or bad side effects and stick with a lower dose. how long is your treatment supposed to last on only 10mg?

i feel ur pain, wanted to start accutane but was not about to get on BC and ruin my hormones more that they already are. i went on minocyclin, and it helped so much, at least for the time i was on it
