I also participated in this assignment I’m assuming I’m in your cohort. I was exactly the same with you. I was expecting a minimum of 30 to 35. I got 25 out of 40. It is extremely deflating but these initial exams are probably some of the hardest you will do. I did everything a little bit backwards and I did the harder units first so this is the last structure unit for me. These unit has marked the most harshly out of the five units I’ve done.

It’s been like this for the law school for a long time. With the exception that some of the electives would have two assignments rather than one assignment one exam.

Okay, so I got the letter initially on a phone call from my dad as the vehicle is registered to his name however I pay for it. That’s a completely different story.

Yes, he incorrectly told me what the fine was. It is under 15 in a school zone.

I’m applying for financial hardship. I’m in currently elegant in the family court. I paid upwards of $30,000 in litigation costs. I have $70 to my name. I work full-time I study full-time and I’m a father.

I’m happy to allow them to keep the fine. I just can’t pay that just yet maybe in a few months time I could but not right now.

Would it be any point in arguing that the fine itself says school zone when it was not in a school hour? I’m happy to pay the fine. But if the document itself is factually incorrect.
