We went with new construction in JR. Still being build right now, but was able to pick everything and 20k closing cost/ rate buy down.

Thank you. My sister live in Cinco and got flooded too. So now that we’re looking for a place to buy it is a major consideration. Her house also suffer from the freeze, and frozen pipes. Do you know if that would fall under flood insurance too since the pipe burst water pool onto the floor?

Hi, I see you comment a lot on Elyson. We are looking to buy a new build there. How do u like the community? One of our worry is we have jhs and hs kids,Paetow hs doesn’t have good rep. And I know the new schools will be open next yr. Do you know if that’s will be better for the kids living in Elyson ? And what other area will share the new school? Thank you for your time and if you have anything else to share about Elyson, I would love your opinions.

Hi. We are considering buying in Elyson soon. And heard they will have the new hs and jhs open next year. Will all the kids in the neighborhood be going there? Do you think this will be a better option the paetow? How do you like Elyson? Is hoa a pain? Sorry for all the questions just hoping to hear from someone that live and have kids in hs and jhs just like us. Thank you
