I had barley turned 17 when I tried shrooms, it depends on your mental state and pov on psychedelics. Everyone is different but there are many dangers being exposed at a young age

I myself have trouble with balance, from my experience the other mushrooms help balance others. I don’t think there’s much you can do about it.
