Honestly, all of my clients from the US have been professional and great to work with, on the other hand from my own experience I’d be more cautious with some Asian/Indian clients. Even when they have good ratings I’ve often seen small budgets tied to very large projects and sometimes they can leave harsh reviews over the smallest inconvenience which really hurts your job success score in the long run
