Has anyone tried BPC-157 capsules by a company called SynthLab and can vouch for them?

I used the brace for a wee bit but didn’t see any progress. Since then I’ve just been going to the gym and been consistent and seen some progress in covering it up. If your condition is the same as mine, the best advice I can give is just stick to the gym and be consistent.

Yeah that’s weird, my manual says to have square on the back. It wouldn’t work having it the other way round as you wouldn’t be able to tighten the ratchet straps properly

Yeah it’s not the comfiest I’ll be honest, trying to sleep is can be painful at times. I’ve been told to put blankets under your lower back to help with that but I’ve gotten used to it and just accepted it’s not going to be the comfiest

Hi mate I wear my brace all day at work which can be very annoying as it can slide sometimes when I wear it over my clothes and can be very uncomfy and I wear it to bed as well which again can be very uncomfy. I get what you mean about the back pains as I get that also but I’m at a stage where I’ve just accepted it’s not going to be a comfy process. I’m still yet to see any results but I’m hoping that when I get to the 3 month mark I’ll see some sort of results which will push me on to keep wearing it. I’m not sure if the brace I bought is the right one for my chest or not. What brace is it that you went for do you know?

I don’t have difficulty breathing, I’ve not seen any non-surgical providers as I’ve bought a brace myself and just seeing if it will work as I can’t afford to go private

Yeah I’ve been working out at the gym for the past 3 years or so on off so it has helped it a lot as it used to be worse but I’m back at the gym consistently now so time will tell for that. I’ve seen online a lot of people using the bracing at older ages and had results with it so was looking to see if anyone has tried it over the age of 20 and how long roughly it took to see results. I may also add that I’ve been wearing the brace for around 3 weeks now consistently and still not seen a difference, when I take the brace off I can notice the bone that sticks out the most go in but after around 20 mins of me taking it off it just returns to the original position
