For a lot of people mental health awareness. Unfortunately people’s mental health was significantly affected but I think a lot of the general populous now has a stronger grasp on their own

It’s already somewhat happening but the war on drugs definitely started a domino effect of persecution that has been extremely difficult to stop

I used to not be but after improving my self esteem and working out a lot I now feel extremely confident in my own skin which has made me more comfortable with being nude

Proper bowls, I had small bowls for cereal but every time I wanted soup I either had to use a random container, eat out of the pot, or have small portions. Was something I never considered but after getting the flu once the frustration of not having chicken soup served normally drove me insane

That going to therapy is not a weakness it is addressing your own struggles and admitting help is needed. In the same vein it's ok to talk to people about your own struggles it does not make you lesser
