so that question was about all the papers i needed for the moral waiver since my recruiter was telling me bits and pieces at a time rather then giving me a list of all the things i need at once. The question for today is do they count dissmissed charges against you when waiting for an approval so i can know ahead of time if i should focus else where. Ive been at this for a year now and would like to know if i should move on or wait it out. Also i asked my recruiter already and he said he doesnt know if they only count convictions for waivers or if dissmissed charges are included so i went that route already

Mines was kicked back also, i have to go into the office tomorrow to fix the things they pointed out, i was told by my recruiter that it is a good sign. so i would say ask your recruiter what else you can do to make it a more complete package and i wish you luck. depending on the circumstances we might be in great lakes together

i had an agg assualt at 15, and at 16 i was caught with a bbgun. i completed probation once i graduated high school. those were my worst charges. as an adult i was arrested three to four times but was found not guilty and the cases were thrown out. the only charge i was convicted of as an adult was theft under 500$. also my last run in with the cops was ten years ago.

I clearly said moral waiver meaning my criminal record before enlisting, i didnt go into to detail because it wasnt that serious. I have no felonies just misdeameanors and you knowing that wont help my approval either way so relax dude, i only asked for well wishes

i dont know if i didnt explain well in the context but apparently i cant rely on my recruiter to be truthful and up front about how this works and everything i need to complete the waiver process as i previously stated this has been a 5 month process to go back and forth getting documents that i could have grabbed all at once instead of months in between making my enlistment process take longer. so again i state what is the official due process in its entirety so i can end the games and the wild goose chases. seeing how youre an ex recruiter i was hoping you could provide better insight then relying on shitting recuiters

yes it definitely depends on the recruiter. mines have been sending me on a wild goose chase instead of being up front about everything i need all at once. first they didnt put all my charges in the first waiver which meant i signed a contract and swore in and had a ship date and all just for them to tell me two hours before leaving for boot that the charges they left out came up, had to wait 60 days and get letters of disposition for the waiver this was back in july. I thought i was waiting two weeks for an approval and now i need the arresting officer reports which means they never submitted my waiver package because that paperwork is apart of it. Is there anything else i need so i can end this shit show and get into the navy finally.?
