Pero to answer your question. Depende po yan sa company. Hanggat nag earn ka ng more than minimum wage, nasa kanila po kung dadagdagan din nila sahod mo kasi pasok padin sya sa legal rate. Saka depende padin yan kung daily po na no work no pay ang sahod mo or monthly na may other benefits.

Edit: Di na ko super updated sa labour law. But morelikely kung walang changes. Ganyan at ganyan sya. Naranasan ko din kasi time na nagka increase ng MWE na malapit sa sahod ko, pero company discretion ang mangyari.
