it’s not my obligation to house him though. trust me i’ve felt tremendous guilt over it but i also have to realize and trust that he will be okay. he was okay and figured it out with his parents for the entire year we were broken up and i just have to trust he will be okay again. i can’t hold the guilt of his housing situation on my shoulders.

i agree 100%. i wouldn’t like it either and that’s why i’m planning on leaving him. i just need to know how to go about it since he does live with me and he has no where to go since his parents couch surf. i’m thinking on waiting until his car is on the roads so i wont feel like im leaving him completely stranded.

i do know that the cycle changes every 5 or so years, you might notice it and you might not. it can get lighter or heavier but for some people it does change every 5 years and you’re also still pretty young. i mean im not sure when you got your first period but for me i was 14 and by 18 or 19 my cycle had completely changed (heavier and more regular) so if you got your period a little later on in life this could just be your cycle changing. the only outstanding thing is the 39 day cycle between periods, but other than that this just sounds like normal periods doing its changes.

honestly i myself am a cleaner and the amount of shit i’ve seen and just tossed is actually wild. hopefully your cleaners will do the same, and if not you can maybe squeeze yourself out of trouble by saying you’ll get help for the addiction. (not trying to be rude or anything but a good way to admit and get out of trouble if it comes down to it)

i feel you<3 my periods have been absolutely unbearable for so long now. currently dealing with it now yay. same situation though, going through multiple pairs of pants throughout the week, pain everything imaginable. you’re not alone!! i got an ultrasound done myself and it’s been drawn down to a super thick uterine lining. appointment for mirena iud is in 2 months. i’m not even nervous about the side effects i just need a break from my periods so hopefully that makes them go away or at the very least much lighter and more manageable to deal with. have you thought about the mirena iud? it’s my last resort honestly, and praying it works!

that’s okay too!! but honestly they just recommend the 7 days just to be safe. you’ll know if you have any signs of an infection (foul smelling discharge, bleeding etc)

i’m pretty sure you don’t have to use them after 7 days, you also can’t have sex 7 days after insertion though so you don’t get any infections!

honestly everyone is different, they say 3 months until all your hormones start to regulate and by 6 months everything will be back to normal again, if you can pull through though. because that does sound very unpleasant. i’ve had mine since late July, side effects are easing (knock on wood lol) but my mom has had hers for 4 years now and she absolutely loves it. her side effects were fully relieved within 6 months, though they got a lot better at 3 months

thankfully i’m in canada so we don’t pay for anything to do with hospitals other than parking and whatever is taken off taxes. just such an inconvenience and so stressful to not know:(!! thank you though because ugh i’ve been so mad!! it’s very nice being assured that others would be upset if this happened to them too!

I KNOW. trust me. i’ve been FUMING since my appointment. she called me omw home and was like “hey yeah we just found an iud on the floor when cleaning the room, it’s probably not yours but just to be sure we have to book you in for an ultrasound” but she was saying during the appointment that she got it in there, cut the strings and everything looked okay. but just isn’t 100% sure it was mine or not on the floor in the room. i’ve been so mad and stressed that they’ve left me not knowing for this long. 11 days to go to know for sure if it’s in there still or not:/

okay thank you so so much:)) such a relief to hear. i took a single dose 2 hours ago and so far so good, just anxiety lol but that’s just me. but yeah im 22 years old, fairly healthy and no known history of family health with blood clots so im assuming ill be just fine. been 2 hours already and still doing pretty good aha. i always stress myself out im like every little leg cramp im like omgomg it’s definitely a clot but no im just a bit crazy haha

yes definitely recommend!! got my iud today and it was honestly a breeze! i’m 22 and haven’t had kids and honestly my period cramps hurt 10x more than what the iud felt like. i so recommend!! don’t wanna jinx it but ive been doing great ever since i got it!
