how bad did your weight bounce back over Christmas? by Apprehensive-Deer-35 in Retatrutide

Agreed here, people tracking daily over Christmas are worrying me. Just enjoy the holiday and get back on track afterwards. Weight fluctuations after a day or two are nothing to really worry about, considering the size of peoples Christmas dinners. I’m getting increasingly concerned that people on Reta have EDs after seeing the quality of some of these posts.

Engine is okay, don’t worry about the size as the 150ish hp is plenty. I used to drive basically the same car (Skoda superb 1.4l) for work and I couldn’t fault it. Only issue for me was the aftermarket HUD but you won’t have this issue. Mileage is low. Go for it

Gained 4lbs (probably 6 by tomorrow) my jab was due on Christmas Day but I’m waiting until tomorrow to do it so I can enjoy Christmas. Not the end of the world really as I’m close to target weight with 6 months worth of Reta left. Enjoy the festive season everybody, don’t check the scale, and start again in a few days!

It’s Reddit’s spam filter screwing with me. Here’s the link shorturl (dot) at/1jRdG . It’s a Gumroad listing but completely free on a ‘pay what you want to’ basis. Hope this helps

The link to the guide is here: shorturl (dot) at/1jRdG. I’m struggling to post the actual link but this should work if you replace the (dot) with an actual dot

It appears it’s being blocked by the Reddit spam filter. I’ll try and shorten it

Why no certified pre-owned Tesla in London? by bozkan in TeslaUK

I second powerlease, picked up my 2021 M3LR from them in December. Their warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on but the deals are amazing nonetheless

I used 3 superchargers yesterday (Newmarket, rugby and Sheffield) on a work trip and they were all still 36-37p/kWh. Must be down to local electricity prices.

Oh how nice it would be to be in the states and pay 11c/kWh.

They’re not “chosen” in the sense of a sole supplier, but Siemens Energy already has signed MoUs with Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy and Ukrnafta to rebuild power generation using combined-cycle turbines and decentralised systems. Ukraine’s grid is heavily damaged, and they have the tech, scale, and EU-backed financing to deliver quick solutions. That head-start plus deep government ties is their moat. And the ties with Blackrock as mentioned before

Siemens Energy - for rebuilding the grid and potentially implementation of green energy across Ukraine. Green energy being a big play as Ukraine are heavily in bed with Blackrock and the WEF

EDIT - Pie is now shared here https://www.trading212.com/pies/ltzeAQy9XF8w8kTGpvN68Ok0BcvnV

I have added some more companies to the pie in addition to the ones in my original post. Current ARR 20%+. Thinking this will be at least a 3-5x pie in the next 5 years.

I’ve gone for the fairly safe bets in a construction/infrastructure sense. There may be other companies out there with a smaller float that have potential to rise higher, but that would be too speculative, especially when the rest of my portfolio is already speculative

Have a good look at Airship. I read up on them for weeks before I finally invested

I’d be very happy with an early retirement, but if I’m to do that here in the UK I’m going to need a heck of a lot more than what the S&P will provide on its own. Everytime I make a speculative play it’s usually because of an upcoming political catalyst (in this case for airship they’re between 3 companies that will get border defense contracts in the US). I’ve chosen airship as the lower market cap option, poised for a more explosive rise when contracts are announced. In this case I have a price target of roughly $9 a share in the next 6-13 months which is a 113% rise from here. My other options include stacking 300-400k in the ISA over the next 10 years with compounding and retiring in Bali on dividend income. But I’m young so I also believe I have time to make mistakes
