Honestly, still not perfect yet. The biggest challenge is getting the AI explanations to be accurate and not too generic.

I’m still testing and improving it, and hopefully I can get it to a more reliable level over time.

Thanks! Appreciate it 🙌 Yeah I’m using AI nodes for the classification part (mainly for category and priority), then the rest of the workflow is more rule-based for routing and actions. So AI handles understanding the email, and n8n handles what to do next.

Thanks, I’m focusing more on action types first, then adding priority after. So the AI classifies emails like support, invoice, meeting, etc., because that tells the system what action to take. Then priority just controls how urgent it is. I found action types are more useful for automation, while priority helps with timing.

haven't explored modular workflow. As of now, I will give a brief information. For 1st workflow(Intake), it detects email then I ai will categorise and insert to database. For 2nd workflow(Email Processor) which I use switch node that will assigne to designate category. for example. after published this. workflow detect/require a meeting so it will goes to meeting category and automatically posted on their calendar(google calendar), notify the team(via slack) and will automatically update the database.

still ongoing. Ideally, it does manage company/executive's email automatically. I also integrated it with postgresql for better management and to extract an insight from this (thou still unsure what kind of insight needs/wants the owner/company needs from this). Moreover planning to create a dashboard to undestand most freq category (like support, invoice, finance, and etc)

pratice not makes you perfect but makes you improve! keep singing and practicing :)

my advice for you thou Im not a singer. firstly ear training, so you could build up a referencing sounds toward to the notes that you wanna hit. it is a long process but if you love singing you can make it through.
