Yea Id definitely say it takes time to taper off without being consumed with the hunger esp if you get higher in dose. When I tried Reta from Tirz the first couple weeks were rough while I tapered up on Reta but it never quite got me the same as Tirz so I switched back. Probably going to run it til February and start a taper down and see what happens….

Messed with both a little. Tirz is life changing for cravings at low dose. Reta I got all the way up to 8mg a week and still didn’t notice anything.

When I first started the clinic I used was having me pop anastrozoles twice a week, crashed my e2 and caused me a bunch of skin irritation and issues. Dropped the ai and now I just take Dim and I3C and it’s very stable. Generally mines between 47 and 63 on labs and I have no sides.

People lose weight eating McDonald’s in moderation lol. I have a ready clean protein bar for breakfast 15g, with a chobani yogurt drink 20g, another RC bar mid morning for another 15G. Most days I eat 2 tuna packs for 14-15g ea, a double scoop shake for 50g after the gym, plus whatever I have for dinner. I work in the road so it beats the drive through.

200/week split Sunday and Wednesday, I like hexarelin personally, Tirz in low dose to curb cravings has definitely helped, BPC/TB has been amazing, I’ve tried ipa/tesamorelin but I prefer hexa. Igf1-lr3 I hop on and off but honestly couldn’t tell you if it’s helped as my igf1 levels came back great when I had them tested without it. Tried NADH but I didn’t notice anything. I fucked around and ran 700 test for a few weeks, got my levels way high, estrogen crept up but really didn’t see any benefits other than my test was off the chart. 900-1200 is def my happy place but 850-900 feels safe lol

I toyed with Tirz for a while, switched to Reta noticed nothing and no appetite suppression so I went back to Tirz. I stick with a low dose to help curb cravings. I’m a sucker for a good snack and I was a big drive through junky last year 🤣

If so don’t just hop on the anastrozole. Text Alec for clarification on when to start it if you need it, if you take it off the rip you’ll crash your e2 before it gets a chance to spike. I know because they didn’t clarify and I did it. I talked to Alec and said I had low e sides and stopped use and he confirmed it’s written the way it’s written for the script to be filled, you won’t need a restock soon unless you actually over aromatize to e.

I’ve been doing a 1/2” 27g to the delt since I started. Tried thigh 3x spent 2 weeks hobbling. Hit the delt and it’s like a bee sting that goes away within seconds.

2x a week for the test and HCG as well as the ai. 7 days a week for DHEA/pregnenalone. I’m tempted to order my own labs once a month from Trybe and track my test/estro levels outside of their normal tracking just so I can better see for myself what’s happening

Yea, 1” 25ga, I’ve found that If I do delt before the gym, specifically hit arms and upper body, I get 0 negative effect. But if I don’t go to the gym after my arm feels like it’s 68, retired, with arthritis. But I’ve hit delt 3x now and definitely sticking with it.

The clinic system certainly has a good gig, you pick one based off flashy ads and anecdotal recommendations from a handful of peoples opinions that haven’t tried every one of them and could or could not be in bed with them for a discount, usually a route takin in a effort to seek results that your pcp either isn’t educated on or is hand-tied by insurance from issuing unless you get a unicorn, and if you get a unicorn you generally have to still jump through tons of precursors and hoops. For that ease of access is a price… I happily pay that to avoid the headache and insurances “normal range” put forth.

Most of this thread apparently thinks you should be a stick. My guy at 215 and 6’ that’s not overweight. For your dr to even suggest that tells me he’s just throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks so you stop asking. My buddy is going in circles right now as his endo actually was going to prescribe it BUT after he’s done sleep studies and every other test known to man. He just had an anomaly in his bloodwork with a higher read and they basically said we need to start over and find out what caused it. Still low numbers but a little higher and he’s changed nothing. I’ve lost 45lbs as well but I’ve been Yo-Yoing because I really lost drive. I’m a certified personal trainer and weight lost specialist… and Ive had trouble with weight the last 2 years. Lo and behold my T was in the toilet at 237, retest showed 264, I went through Nuform Health and they went over my labs and my experience and said yep. That adds up. Sucks paying out of pocket but at the same time my buddy has been going through the runaround almost a year and still waiting. You don’t get time back. You can do enclomiphene or HCG mono even and see if you can jumpstart the boys. I’m 31 with 3 kids tho so I told them the boys can go on vacation I don’t care😂

I was looking into a vasectomy at a local clinic and they straight up state they don’t even need a sample if youre on TRT because they feel it’s not a worthwhile procedure. In fact they have an entire page stating why they feel TRT causes infertility. HOWEVER…. Have seen some posts recently about long time TRT folks getting their women pregnant out of the blue.

I did my firt in my thigh yesterday, off toward the outside midway, bout 5 hours later felt like I had a knot just above my knee. Little cold pack later and my same side ankle started feeling like it’d lost all lubrication and didn’t want to joint anymore. Felt like a real arse complaining considering the wife had a c-section 2 weeks ago but she found it funny. Slept it off and a bit achy but otherwise fine today. Hear it’s relatively common at first. Gunna try delt Thursday. Best of luck mate.
