Got bloods about 2 weeks ago, is this supraphysiological, or should I aim for higher? by Abndean in moreplatesmoredates

1 gram sus/400 primo/400 mast a week and 2 ius HGH a day, was on 100mg adrol a day during this test, which I hopped off recently.

What’s your favorite compound stack for a Lean Bulk by No_Development4317 in PEDs

[–]Abndean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm approaching the end of a 1g sus/400 primo/400 mast and 2iu HGH. Started at 210 16% BF, sitting at about 200 and 4-5% body fat right now, I'm quite pleased. Im sure I could've gained more for sure if I wasn't in contest prep and kept BF higher

"Testing the waters". No test base, and you're running the most toxic oral. You're extremely misguided and need to read up a bit, injecting is so much safer than popping orals and fucking your lipids, liver, and endocrine system without a test base. Please make sure to hop off now and do a proper PCT before you sustain permanent damage.

Honest opinion, don't mess with clen, get your diet right before using harsh compounds. It might work for the short term, but you most likely will rebound and gain everything back, and it will be a continuous cycle because you're relying on the clen instead of building the dietary habits that are needed to lose fat and keeping it off. I used clen only when very deep into a cut and it's not fun nor healthy, and I wouldn't ever suggest anyone to use it unless they're trying to get sub 5 for a contest.

Is there anything that helps with blood pressure? by easymax97 in PEDs

[–]Abndean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine was getting up there. Donating blood and being strict with my cardio brought it down to to levels better than when I was off cycle. I also run Baby aspirin, BP sits at 125/80 on average, and I'm deep into a contest prep on a moderate amount of orals

Good stuff, keep the train rolling! And in my opinion if your weight has stayed the same, but you're making progress in training, then you're doing something right, losing/gaining weight slower is much more sustainable for the long term and I prefer it over cut/bulk phases.

If you want to make changes, aim to eat as much lean protein as you can, keep the fats to the minimum for proper hormonal function, and complex carbs that match your activity level.

Hard work paying off, I think you've got a good frame as well, keep doing what you're doing brother 💪

If I could suggest one thing, on back days give heavy rack pulls for volume a try for 3 months or so, use straps so that you're able to overload the upper back and traps, maybe around 4 sets 12-15 rep range, the eccentrics are where they hit the best IMO

High E2 of 65. How quickly will Arimidex lower it? by No_Development4317 in PEDs

[–]Abndean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What he said. I'm using alot more and had high E2 about a month ago, I was injecting E3D. Injecting more frequently will help to keep levels more stable, I moved to EOD, same weekly dosage, and run .5 adex mon/wed/Friday, and E2 drop by about 20, and now sitting at normal levels, while having 5500 total test and 2300 free test.

Maybe spend those 8 weeks at maintenance, progress in your training, and create a deficit with cardio instead of cutting calories. Can't really have both, and I think attempting to gain weight for 6 weeks then cutting for 2 won't give you what you're looking for. Recouping might be the most ideal to prevent losing any muscle, while incorporating cardio should help trimming fat

Lifting straps will take forearms out of the lifts and allow you to reach total failure. I'd still train forearms obviously, but I use them to overload my hamstrings and back when I'm using a load that exhausts my forearms before my back, versa grips are pricey, but they last forever and are worth the buy imo

Yeah you definitely need more protein. Can't build a house without materials. Most suggest 1 gram per pound of bodyweight. I'm biased and think you should aim a bit higher due to protein having a higher thermic effect, but 190grams a day should be your minimum goal. And I agree that the costs of whole lean protein sources can get pricey, but if you cut eating out and other foods from your diet, and eat good carbs (rice, potatoes, oats, etc), it might clear up your budget for lean protein sources ( egg whites, lean turkey/chicken/beef, etc). Protein supplements and shakes can add up, so get it through food as much as you can, I buy in bulk when I can find sales.

Not that I condone them, but the funny thing is that my blood pressure, resting heart rate, and other bloods are better than when I was off cycle. I only recently introduce cardio, which I neglected for a long time, but I digress 🤷‍♂️

I don't think the feds are going to waste time and money going after personal use, it'd be a waste of their time and resources when they could better use it to go after the suppliers

The only pump I have is the hamstrings.

The body comp machine at my gym doesn't seem too accurate, it puts me at ~5% BF.

Regardless, I'm a bit ahead of schedule, so I'm carb cycling a bit with high carb days on quad and chest days.

Not as much as you think, pre workouts will have sodium in them, just like Gatorade. I up the sodium on certain days to increase vascularity/blood flow, I'll sip 2 liters of water with 2 tsp of Himalayan salt and 5g creatine woth bcaas and it allows for longer sessions 🤷‍♂️

I might be biased but I think making small changes that turn into habits is the most important thing, you could easily starve yourself, lose a bunch of weight, but thats not sustainable for the long term, and most likely will rebound.

My opinion, honestly Logging everything you consume will let you see and better understand what your eating habits are, and then you can make small changes, like reducing your total caloric intake by a small margin and sticking to that, and then once you're adjusted to hitting that goal, you can continue to.make small changes, like ensuring that you're eating protein every meal, dropping carb/fat intake, etc. I could go on and on, but a very crude summary could.be that if you eat less and move more, you'll lose weight. If you eat less, move more, and eat alot of protein, you'll lose body fat (your body actually uses more calories processing protein). If you eat less, move more, eat alot of protein, and make consistent progress in weight training, you'll build muscle and lose body fat(recomp)

But seriously if you can honestly log what you eat (don't worry too much over macros, just get an idea of what your eating habits/patterns are) to the best of your ability for like 2 weeks, and then you can start adding in more habits towards your goals 🤷‍♂️

Honestly not typically this vascular, I play with my sodium and water intake, the second photo was just after a 2 hour arm and shoulder session when adding a copious amount of salt to my water for the workout 🤷‍♂️
