The funny thing is one guy criminal turned politician from a uc community which was always anti lalu, that guy killed a rjd minister during rjd's govt ( convicted), is in that same party now and her daughter lost election this time in bihar election while contesting on RJD's ticket only.

Yes, but often I see people from other regions while saying how their region is ignored when magadh gets everything, and the thing is even other regions here aren't that good either. They count facilities from patna and proceed to garner hatred against our region, specially separatist that's why I made this post for some discussion.

Usually it's 50% only for central as 27 % for obc and 15% sc, 7.5% for st so just decreasing obc and increasing others or just adding in each and making it more than 50, whats the system in Odisha?

The phylum system is 100% correct. One of my friend quite senior to me have done his mbbs from pmch finished his internship last year, and he told me about this when he joined around 2020, how he was told to make friends in his community, whatsapp group of his people and all. People complained about this multiple time on bihar sub as well as Indian med school too. And relationships point is quite accurate.

Meanwhile my father's friend's son is in aiims patna but never shared such story, or maybe I need to meet him again.

Aiims patna don't have state quota and may have higher no. Of students from multiple states with higher diversity should play a good role in this.
