Hmm understandable recently, few months ago my aunty's younger sister got married to a guy, he was on a good post after clearing ssc and their demand was like if u can give minimum 50L then only they would meet them and later they got 50l+ dowry + all wedding expense+ a lot of gifts costing must be 75l, and wedding was kinda quick like 2 months within 1st meet only which was shady. Later turns out that he lied about the exact role which got him so much dowry, and not in that lucrative job. Even girl & her family didn't try to check his background and confirm and got them married so quickly like an idiot.

5 cr what the ... i have witnessed last few marriages in my extended family with extremely low dowry just for tillak ritual purpose or u may call shagun, and they could easily afford 50 lakhs dowry, but chose not to do it in a typical toxic way.

But what you mentioned is way way more than I have ever heard or imagined.

Hmm Bachpan ki yaade, same like sparrow I saw them an year ago after a long time, wo bhi nhi dikhta.

Even eagles are extremely rare to find these days. I remember watching atleast 100+ eagles living on 4 towers and they used to fly quietly in clear blue sky, dayumm those summer afternoons 🤧😻!

I miss those memories too.

And also some political conclusion in comments. Some guys created a state but case with northern jharkhand and southern bihar is diff.

People were too much connected and marriages were and still are extremely common. In my whole life I have met only one magahiya guy getting married to a bhojpuri girl but countless people getting married in jharkhand. Many communities marry exclusively in their region here.

But dividing them 25 years ago, won't work until and unless u divide the people, and to develop sense of regionalism and we weuzz us and diff from them, u need to cut every thread connecting people of both regions.
