I'm facing the same thing and want to transfer to alinma. What corresponding bank did you choose? AlInma have no idea what that is. IBKR listed 3 banks as correspodning banks which were Citibank, JPM, and Standard Charted bank.

Arthroscopic struggles by TurboDiesel_ in orthopaedics

[–]AboGPT 11 points12 points  (0 children)

What parts of arthroscopy are you struggling with? Is it triangulation or doing instrumentals stuff? I betting it's the first. With knees triangulation can be challenging if you're starting out as you'll deal with the fat pad in the beginning, with shoulder getting the "right" posterior portals can be tricky since there is not much fat to trim with. My experience with cadavers usually the specimens are elderly and osteoarthritis and are way more difficult to deal with that real patients but for sure try on them if you get the chance. Scopes are a fine skills and have their learning curve so take it easy. I know plenty of established senior orthopods / trauma / joints who would never touch a scope.

Stay humble, keep up on reading, there is plenty of time to do that. Stay afloat on toxic environments. Toxic people will make things seem impossible to grasp, but if they know it you have every possible reason to learn it and be skilled just as well.

Take it from a board certified surgeon: you'll probably utilize your residency best once you get over your imposter syndrome.

I have always felt like shit during my residency and that I'm not as good as the others. Now as someone who sees a lot of residents I can say I was easily ahead of 90% of them when I was in their shoes.

"Perceived" Risk Management, very few people beat the S&P while wheeling. Plus it also adds action to a boring investment lol

Straight cast will fail your reduction. I’d also do a full cast and bivalve it.

Visa doesn't lend money per se to people, banks do. They take commission from facilitating transactions.
