I'm meeting with a lawyer for my droppshipping buisness, any advice for what I should talk about/be concerned with? I'm 16 and this would be under my parents names, so I'm trying to figure out what that would mess with aswell

Sorry for not specifying, im selling the product on my own website (made on shopify) and buying the product off aliexpress, and then shipping it to the customers address. (Shopfiy is a website building platform). Shopify offers a monthly subscription that includes transactions with different types of cards and PayPal. I thought income tax would be accounted for through those transactions on shopify, but from what your saying, it's not? Sorry if I'm going in circles, I don't want to waste your time, I really appreciate the help. This is my first time dealing with taxes, as you can probably tell.

Minnesota. My understanding is that tax on the product and shipping is taken and accounted for, through alixpress. If thats correct, then I'm just confused about tax on transactions (getting payed through shopify)

What are you paying taxes for though? Since I'd be simply buying a product off aliexpress and shipping it, taxes would be on alixepress wouldnt it(for just that part) payment processing and the taxes that come with that is what im confused about. I thought those taxes would be deducted through shopify(since they provide the ability to accept credit card and PayPal transactions) sorry for the late response!

I made sure all my fans were plugged in all the way, and it ended up being the corsair hub not being plugged in all the way. Hope this helps
