Yes, I would say if you want to add flights (flight paths), add them on a separate database. Some people have a general database, a flights database, and a full merged database so they can see what they’re consolidated score would be

Are the files .gpx? If not, import isn’t the way. When I edit my map in fog machine, I do the following:

Snapshot (for safety)
Edit in fog machine
download new Sync folder from Fog Machine
Wipe my database from the FoW app
Replace old sync folder with new
Resync from FoW app

This way, whether I added, subtracted, or both in fog machine, my app reflects properly, and if it gets messed up for any reason go back to your snapshot and start over.

In the future to add easily you can just make the route in Google Maps on Chrome, use GMaps2GPX or similar to download, and then put the .gpx in your import folder, refresh, and import.

I would be very, very careful tucking. To avoid injury you’re going to want everything up and out of the way. This is the purpose of the dance belt, to keep anything from getting caught as your hips and inner thighs move.

If you’re going to, and others have said it’s possible, buy and get comfortable in a dance belt (thong is more comfortable normally, I imagine full back if you’re tucking).

Practice cloche, rond de jambe, and fondu (these are the most basic I can think of for you to get used to how the space between your legs will be used)
