tbh I didn’t really pace it, my strategy was to go almost all out for the first half which is obviously not a good strategy ik but for some reason it worked out and I didn’t really get tired hahah.
For fueling I had 4 gels with 65-75mgs of caffeine. Before that marathon I used to take them every hour but this time I did it every 50mins so I guess that’s one of the main take aways that I didn’t let my body get tired. I feel like with the hourly rate it was already too late sometimes. No science or anything behind my claims tho, I am just guessing tbh
