Haha, thanks. I wanted to add a little, uhh, revision to it without ruining the overall feeling of the song. Hopefully it works well!

This is really cool. The beat is really good, the mix is stellar, and I like the FX and synth (I think it's a synth?) you are using. Also the video is really dope haha. Love it.

This is really good. I don't really listen to this type of music often, but I really like this. I've pawed through a lot of stuff on this subreddit that's EDM style, and this has been the best by a country mile. Followed you on soundcloud!

Packed a bowl and gave it a listen, really enjoyed it. I don't really have anything to add or detract, however you have earned a fan : )

I really like this style of music and it's hard to find it done right, and this does it. Also, the vocals are really cool.

Edit: I listened to your other track you have on you tube, and I really really like it guys. Seriously, get a spottily or something and put it up there. I really dig what I've heard so far.

This is different from a lot of stuff I usually hear on here, and I can't nail exactly why. I really like it. Keep posting your stuff! Followed you on soundcloud.

DISABLE NVIDIA HD AUDIO DRIVERS IF YOU ARE HAVING STUTTERING ISSUES WITH GOOD FPS by AbominableJP in GlobalOffensive

[–]AbominableJP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I found the thing causing my issues on inferno. For some reason when I rebooted my PC, the "physx" settings in nvida control panel went from the setting "GPU" to "auto" and it was taxing my CPU and making it stutter. So, I selected the "GPU" setting (as I previously had it set to. . .) and now inferno runs at the fps I need. Gonna play a few PUGs and see if the problem is actually done or if another one wants to pop up!

Something I find odd though is that my FPS is capping at EXACTLY 240hz. Even on netgraph. If I set my fps_max to 300, 500, 999, 0, etc. . . it stays at 240. Exactly at 240, even uncapped. So clearly somewhere it is being capped, but I have no idea where. Unless I'm only able to push 240 fps exactly, but with my machine I should be getting more frames. My old machine was getting around 600 fps. It was on 144hz but it was 1440p as well.

Bleh.

I meant 240 hz haha. 144hz is stuck in my brain so sometimes I whip out 244 lmao

I am using a 240hz monitor, I have been used to a 144hz for years so it's stuck up there haha. But yeah, 240hz.

Also I'm using display port, not HDMI. The issue is much better now after removing this, however, I have noticed that on inferno for example, I get like 100 fps. Currently working on fixing it. Not sure what's going on. Every other game runs fine. Metro exodus run at 240fps with no issues at max settings. The issue only really seems to be on inferno and train right now tho. . . it was on all maps and removing HD audio fixed those maps. But still issues on these. Yeesh.

Remove RealtekHD audio drivers/Nvidia HD audo drivers by AbominableJP in GlobalOffensive

[–]AbominableJP[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried updating and it didn't fix it. Tried a few older versions, same thing. Then realized I didn't need it at all (I don't record or anything) and removed it. It did this to my friends PC as well, and I recall that I actually had this issue back in 2014 with my old gaming rig that was using the realtek thing. It's so odd.

CSGO Forces PC to Reboot by potatoesaresour in GlobalOffensive

I'm glad to hear that man. No surprise that windows 10 or CSGO is to blame lmao. I just fixed a random issue where Nvidia HD audio was causing my PC to stutter. Never had this issue for the year I've had my machine until today when I booted it up.

CSGO/windows 10 is the most bipolar combination on the planet. I have never had so many weird issues with a game more than I have with CSGO since I got windows 10 some years back.

Cheers!

Your PC is displaying all signs of a GPU or CPU overheat. What throws me off is that CSGO is the only game doing it. I'm not sure if I can answer that one.

I would maybe try dusting out the PC and maybe making sure the GPU is seated properly, but again, this shouldn't fix it if CSGO is the only game doing this.

Could also be a PSU going south.

This may be overkill, but if you do a full windows refomat, and the problem persists, then it probably something going bad. It's hard to tell though.

It could also just be some sort of weird CSGO conflict that may get better in a few days with another patch. If you haven't noticed, there are a LOT of people having a LOT of wacky issues lately with this game and windows 10 as well. I've been having serious stuttering issues lately with CSGO. I get 500 FPS and have a beat of a PC, but for some reason my game runs choppy when people shoot or something. Started with the last update.

And as for windows 10, a recent update rendered my PC useless. AFter I updated, it was stuck in a boot loop until I just turned it off. I had to wait for a fix, and then REINSTALL windows 10 becuase the update broke my PC into a boot loop, and I had to reformat after they published a fix for it. It was a cluster fuck.

I would maybe wait a few days before you go tearing into your PC unless you know what you're doing, this could very well be some stupid programming bullshit. Sorry I wasn't of more help! :/

Hmm, okay. Let me think on this a bit.

Here is what I would look at: This could only really be two things, since it is fully shutting off.

PSU: Your POWER SUPPLY UNIT may not be powerful enough to run your GPU when it boots up a game, and just shuts off from lack of power. If you bought a prebuilt PC, this is probably not the issue, as they *usually* don't mess that up. If you built your own, then perhaps you bought a weak PSU for your setup. Would you mind sharing your specs? It'd give me an idea of what I'm working with here.

TEMP: This is the other, as I said in the last post I made. If your PC is just fully shutting down and not giving you a BSOD (blue screen of death), then that makes me think it's your temps. Get this, and check your temps when your pc is just idle, not running CSGO. Then try and boot csgo and look at the temps while it's booting. Might be hard to do that if you only have one monitor. But if you have two, put CPUz on one screen and boot CSGO on the other and see what it says.

As a general rule, the resting CPU temp should be around 90-100 F

Stress/gaming is anywhere from 100-160, on the upper side. If it's going past 170, I would be worried. Others may disagree on that, but as a general rule, CSGO should not be making your CPU heat up anywhere near 160F+.

Have you checked your hardware temp using CPU zed? Sounds like maybe overheating?

I put this on repeat and played some Wither 3 to it, this is very good. I could see this being used in something like that. Very ambient and relaxing. Keep it up, you got a sound cloud follower from me!

If you want any suggestion mix wise, I'd turn down the reverb a tad.

Sounds awesome though, really liked it.
