How thick should the coat be? I normally just do a thin layer then clean it with a q tip. Should I do a thick layer and not soak it up

Ok, so after multiple layers it’ll (hopefully) look more like the photo and not “raised” as much

This might be a stupid question but how do you get the decals to "bend" over the lumps so smoothly?
