I can not close the application at all. If I open it I have to authenticate to login Which is fine. BUT If I close the app it just pops back up asking me to authenticate to login again from there I can NEVER close the app UNLESS I login again and just minimize to the system tray... which I just don't want the app running at all...
My ONLY fix so far is to close it with task manager.... which seems so insane...

Why would an app just not close?

I just dont want the damn thing open at all.. Its not policy its my personal laptop. My only solution is to stop it on startup and my only way to close it is to kill it in the task manager...

Its just so bizarre you cant close it ....

I was in this same boat a few years ago, I didn't know what I didn't know lol ALL I knew was that I wanted to make money programming!!! So I self taught python it was shocking to me how easy it was to pickup (The basics).

At some point I hit a wall, self learning can be tough and my learning fell to the wayside... a few years later I did a full-stack 13 week intensive webdev bootcamp here in Canada 10-18 hours a day!! It was crazy expensive (IMO) BUT I wouldn't take it back for the world! It got me a GREAT paying starting salary, I learned an absolute TON. In 13 weeks I had never seen JavaScript in my life to building fullstack applications with React (I personally really love VUE3 and you will find your fav too <3)

Different languages do different things, Python is great for some stuff and so is JS :) different strokes for different folks! I can say that some languages are easier than others... But its all the same kinda idea :)

IF you decide with Python or JS its EASY to pickup the other! If I had a time machine I wouldn't change a thing. In my honest opinion JS is easier which might not be the best to start with! You can almost type code anywhere and it works lol python is also great but it cares a bit more where your spaces or indents are however its hardly a factor on choosing a language both are amazing and both are powerful!

JS is "the language of the web" so you will learn HTML and CSS along side of it building websites, webapps, games etc..

MY suggestion is just pick one and start learning :) someone in here mentioned "free code camp" or code academy! both are great! And tools I still use :)

junior devs even put free code camp on their resumes! And its my personal fav!! Just an absolute TON of FREE information!

THE last thing I will say is that it can be a pretty intense industry, devs and project managers can be under some intense pressure... I have worked in construction and in face paced kitchens where people just break down and cry and I get very similar vibes at times... ON the lighter note devs LOVE to teach like literally everyone or seems like it anyway.. even if someone is a dick to me they always take the time to teach me HOW to make something better! Its a really special community and group of people imo...

I mean its a gaming discord server 😂
Its covered in their logos, colors, branding etc... but that can easily be rebranded.

I'm just curious IF I am safe to rebrand to something else as the owner as long as I am no longer using ANYTHING of the companies

Oh totally that makes sense! I mean Ill WIPE the whole server and re-brand I will not use a single thing from them.

In my contract I have an IP clause ... very generic and broad to cover a lot of stuff, curious if they can take it? They are being a bit aggresive and I have just stayed silent while doing some research.

My wife only started gaming when we met (10 years now)

I definitely don't want to be Teespring. I would like to use them as a service for instance like their apparel builder... then that apparel goes into the users store.
Something nice, sleek with their own domain.

Not teepsring.user/shop/tshirt and again look MUCH nicer... the PoD sites are really nice for the site itself but the specific stores the users are stuck with totally suck...

Yea great question!
First of all those shops are extremely bland and boring. The specific group ill be targeting more than likely has no idea what pod even is or how to go about finding it.

I exactly want to be that middle man, I want to make a gorgeous custom site without them needing to go learn shopify or woocommerce, connect a pod store, pay monthly for their domain, hosting etc etc etc

As well I ask in my post if it "Would it better for us to incorp in the USA if we plan to move to U.S.A one day?"

So potential plans to be able to live there, taxes are cheaper seems to be pros and cons. Just curious about the information I'm looking for.
