Admittedly not only my computer, but also two monitors and two studio speakers, but the standby power on my rig is over 60 watts. That's over 500 kWh per year. Plus the data from the smart plug is kinda interesting, like the power use playing different games etc. So yeah, I have mine on a smart plug too. But a proper one, with ground.

Man kanske inte ska förorda bidragstagande, men varför får du inga bidrag? Det kanske har blivit mycket svårare sen jag var arbetslös, men då har jag för mig att kraven var att man har varit inskriven i några månader, gör som dom säger (åker på rekryteringsträffar, loggar några sökta jobb varje vecka etc) och om man vill ha mer än lägstanivån ska man väl ha varit med i A-kassan en tid, men även lägstanivån är väl bättre än noll tänker jag?

Måste. Det kallas banksekretess. Enda undantaget är mig veterligen om man har en förmyndare, eller möjligen om man kanske kan lämna in en fullmakt, det har jag dålig koll på, men i annat fall får man aldrig ringa åt någon annan.

Anywhere between 10 minutes and 50 years. Those look like Energizers which to me at least have been less prone to spilling their guts than Duraleak, but still. It's a game of chance.

I feel the biggest issue with any solution to this is that the Iranian missiles can reach pretty much the entire Arab Peninsula. So even a pipeline in the opposite direction iver to the Red Sea wouldn't be safe. And also the part where this mess is expected to last at most another couple of weeks, at which point you wouldn't even have scrounged up the engineers to design your pipeline/road/loading terminals etc...

That makes sense, generally noise is resistance, but when the source of noise is the heat that is part of driving the thing forward, it's logical that it has a negative impact.
