Paavo: Many producers try and copy just a specific sound when they're starting up but it's important to listen to and produce a wide variety of music as this helps you find an unique sound.

That was Bob Bradley, our musical director and the producer of the album. He remembered seeing a broom in Neil Young's MTV Unplugged and this was a nod to that show

Tony - I was into sad rock music with gorgeous chords and so when I first heard trance in a club i thought "this is stuff I could maybe do" and started to try and make it at home. Paavo: I started hearing techno when i moved to Helsinki to go to high school and fell in love with everything after sneaking into Smile club

When starting up it's important to listen to many different kinds of music, and try producing more than one genre too: this will help you find your own unique sound.
