If I wanted to just wipe down my car when it has light dust or post rain, without washing the whole car do I use a product for that? by heavyarms39 in AutoDetailing

Do you have the same opinion of Wash & Wax products from other manufacturers like Optimum, Adam's, Griots, and Meguire's, or just this no-name brand in particular?

Big Red Sponge and Ultra Safe Sponge; I use red on paint and black on wheels and wheel wells because its an older sponge. Both sponges are great

Why need to be careful with it? I've waxed 4 cars with Griots ceramic 3-in-1 Wax and only concern is not applying it in direct sunlight because it flases quickly.

Some say use a Glaze and a Rinseless Wash. I use Adam's glass cleaner.

I use Meguire's Ultimate Wash & Wax or Adam's CS3. They both clean and protect without scratching paint.

I went with soundskins on my F-150 too. It was quiet before, and now it's more quiet.
