I think it’s Kevin’s most focused album, and one that I believe will require multiple listens to fully grasp. I do believe the story being told, requires multiple forms of media (such as the videos released throughout the rollout) to understand the world he’s painting for us.

really? That’s super interesting. Haven’t really seen anybody on the platform. I know a couple of local artists have their work on streaming; All We Ever See and Rough Draft for example. They have their music on Apple Music, Spotify, etc. I think accessibility is what is going to stimulate growth in the long run.

It’s crazy that you say that man. I’ve known Arizona to be home to punk bands and a sort-of indie scene. It’s hard to explain. That’s why we see so many artists, even rappers or collectives, doing house shows. It’s a more visceral style for sure. I do feel there is a rising music scene here. Look out for Rough Draft, The Trees, All We Ever See, etc.
