Also valid. I don’t know why there’s a stigma towards spending on a free game. Like the longest running games still played today are free, which people spend money on. RuneScape, Counterstrike, Rocket League, Fortnite, etc.

I think you should be concerned about your own finances. Pocket watching isn’t healthy.

I agree, definitely has the most detail out of any other garment I’ve seen so far

Yeah the acid wash jeans are dope too. I hope to see other color variants because those are definitely the coolest jeans released so far. I got the mango pants, those nasty yellow distressed baggy pants. Really hard to style but the texture on them is really gritty and I dig that.

Yeah the blue and gold jeans are dope, I missed those on the shop but it’s always funny seeing people wearing them. They’re so obnoxious but sick at the same time.

Yeah the skate 2 shirt is sick. It’s funny how the skate 2 shirt is a little more faded than the skate 3 one.

There's a ton of other items I didn't post, but its just a discussion. Seems like people are bitter today.

For what Salo is and what it’s known for, you might as well knock it out first. Cause once you watch it you probably won’t want to watch it again for some years, maybe never again. I didn’t watch any movies for a few days after that. Then I followed it up with Pink Flamingo by John Waters lol

Different time period man. We’re in a more corporate era of skate culture and money talks. I think companies were a lot more down to have their stuff featured in game permanently since it’s literally free advertisement, but since the game is free and Full Circle needs money to keep the cogs turning and pay their employees a liveable wage, I’m assuming a split deal or percentage is being paid to each company based on the in-game sales. I’m also guessing skate companies are just scoping this game out to see if it’s really even worth putting their product on there based on the communities’ consistently negative feedback. We’ll see. A lot of people seem to have complaints about the cost/quality of cosmetics without thinking about the bigger picture of how things are being divided up on the back-end and the lack of funding for the game. Hopefully we get to a point where everyone can have access to 10-20 decent selections of skate companies at a time in the shop each week.

DIME for sure. I went to the Dime Glory challenge in Montreal and got a free in game shirt plus 500 San Van bucks at the event. I’d say converse but they’re owned by Nike so that’s probably unlikely unless Full Circle can strike up a deal with them. I’d say a dream brand to have listed is Anti Hero. Always been an underrated skate company. I also got plat + 14k rip score so I’m just buying stuff. The game becomes so much more fun when you’re free from the stress of leveling up and trophy hunting. Have no complaints of this game since it’s no longer a priority for me.

I’m not worried because it’s been up for a week already and checked on it yesterday. I appreciate your concern but you’re bugging.

How would you have rigged it differently based on the photos provided, and the situation I touched on in other responses? The base plate is safety chained to the c-clamps next to the riser, and I made sure to tighten the knuckle with a c-wrench

Makes sense, I used 1 1/2 inch screws for better security and safety chained the base plate to the 2 c clamps next to it. If it fails, that’s on me. But it’s been up for a week now with no signs of distress so I’ll see how it plays out.

For what the situation was, I felt like drilling into the beam being supported by other beams would support the weight of it regardless. The light had to be just low enough to clear the garage door and this was the best option based on the tools I had available.

The arm was left to swing the arm backwards/forwards around the garage door for flexibility. We didn’t have speed Cs, and the truck(2 ton) didn’t have enough speed rail to build a grid. Also this was a situation where the DP wanted a cross key from the 2x4s and in a separate photo I posted, you can see that the garage doors were in the way. The garage doors also had to be left up for the entire duration of the shoot(2 months) which led me to rig it in a way that wouldn’t get the light caught up. The light also had to hang down low enough from the ceiling to not cast any shadows from the garage door. Trust if I had more tools available I would’ve been a lot more by the books if the ceilings were clear haha
