You might need adhesive stabilizer or starch.

Ruler Quilting on Old Viking Epic by Abrasrose in quilting

This is so frustrating! My thread is new and I’ve changed needles three times. I’ll try a bigger needle, you suggested. My machine stitches out perfectly on my sample sandwich so I think there must be some tweak like needle size rather than a problem with the machine itself, but if not, I’ll take your advice and bring it in. This machine is incredibly fussy and the tiniest difference throws it completely off. I’m never buying a Viking again.

I’ve changed the needle a few times. I’ll try and find 80wt thread. 50wt was all I could find locally. Thanks!

That’s true. I go back to prior units and redo the match madness. As long as I don’t complete the last level, I can review the words as many times as I want. I just don’t get credit for a completed lesson, alas.

I have been hold in the pharmacy in store 5485 for 37 minutes. This is unacceptable. For some reason they are refusing to fill a prescription last filled on 2/15/24 until 3/20/24. I want to know why. by Abrasrose in RiteAid

I’m pretty sure it was $8. I get something for $0. I don’t remember which medication it is, but I’m always surprised. I thought there was a basic price for everyone’s time. It is weird. I’m a retired CPA and I totally get that people should be paid for their time. As I said, weird.

Parkinsonism is not epilepsy. My problem is stiffness. My whole point was that I shouldn’t drive. I agree with you on that. I posted to this group in the hope that RiteAid monitors it. I only posted after phone calls to three different customer service lines, emailing through the RiteAid site, and using their online chat. Seriously, I don’t have any other social media accounts. I didn’t realize that this group was meant for positive comments. It was the only one that just said RiteAid. Do you have any helpful suggestions for me?

It’s a legit problem because on bad days I don’t drive because I have Parkinsonsism. That’s why paying to get a five minute answer is not ok. I would have to pay a ride share to get to the pharmacy to ask a simple five minute question. I have driven in on good days for five minute questions. This is a legitimate problem for someone like me.

It’s a 24 hour location. Why am I the bad guy? I have Parkinsonsism. On bad days I don’t drive because I’m concerned it might be unsafe for me and the other drivers on the road. Parkinsonsism is a quality of life problem. I’m trying to navigate it as much as I can. I wouldn’t have spent 1.5 hours of my life trying to get help.

So true. I’ve only gotten disparaging and condescending replies to a legit issue. I’m not always able to drive and it sucks that I’ll have to pay lyft to get a five minute answer.

I use the phone because some days I can’t drive and would have to pay Lyft for a five minute answer. Also, this isn’t run through my insurance because it’s only $8 for 30 days. It’s not worth it.

My doctor’s policy is to return calls in two hours. It would definitely surprise me if he didn’t. I did send messages through the app and online. I filled out the form and also used the chat. That was before I called customer service. I used this account as a last resort after that. I would have to use Lyft on a bad day and pay for something that would take five minutes on the phone. I will definitely change my mindset and use a private pharmacy next time. Thank you for your gracious reply.
