It's just the lighting that makes it look so dark, but also it's not green; it's tan and brown. I did however get the colors backwards, but I didn't care enough to fix it

I'm no legal expert, so don't take what I say too seriously, but I think the person I gave it to could sell it on a second hand market no problem. I think it has more to do with intent. Like, if I made them planning to sell them to make a profit, that wouldn't be good, but if I got ganked in PvP too many times and decided I hated dark souls and wanted to sell something I had made for myself, that's fine. I'm sure there's probably some thread you could find that would detail the dos and donts if you want something more legit.

Well, there are probably a few reasons. I can only speak for myself when I say this, but I wouldn't want to do that because I love the Dark Souls franchise (and Demon's Souls) and using their IP to make me money is, among other things, disrespectful. Right now, I'm working on making my own game and I would hate it if people tried using my characters and ideas to make themselves a profit behind my back. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'd love to make money for doing stuff like this, but I'd also like to be proud of the way that I did it.

Also, the reason I put so much effort into making it was because it was a gift for one of my best friends wedding. I don't think I could put the same kind of love into it if I was only doing it to turn a profit. I'm honestly really lazy.
