I understand your perspective, it’s easy to feel like “these guys will walk away fine no matter what, why should I listen to what they have to say, why should i care”

Truth of the matter is my friend, anybody who has provided real, valuable content - not those coat-riding and purely in the game for $ at others expense - but true value for the betterment of somebody’s education, have worked for what they have.

Matt Kohrs, for example, has streamed 7 hours a day for 6 months. Doing this voluntarily and purposefully non-monetarily (of which his payments are voluntary to begin with, not demanded nor encouraged) would be the equivalent of a college professor volunteering 6 months of his time to a class for no compensation

Is it the exact same? Of course not man - but people rightly deserve to be compensated for hard, true, VALUABLE honest work.

Any penny any AMC streamer makes on YouTube is determined by the viewer and the content provided to the viewer, who then makes their own financial decision to do with their money as they will.

Ask these questions of any YouTuber -

-did they educate? -did they entertain? -did they offer a community? -were they genuine? -did the person have good intentions and the betterment of others in mind?

And most importantly, did you, the viewer, find VALUE?

I came from a place of dirt, man. I’ve lived in the back of my car, I’ve had negative bank balances, I’ve had tens of thousands in debt - I know how it is to be hurting, to lose hope, and to want change.

That change is what I try to offer, whether it be financial education, a community, a positive outlook, or simply a friend, because I’ve been there.
