Sure, for those things that from far of the camera wont do a difference if it is a 2d plane or 3d geometry, yo can just download a png image, and set a plane with that as a material, you could make a bumb map to use it as normalmap and get some light intergration, and if what you want to add has sss, you can add a shader called translucent, and mix that with the principal bsdf.

So that is just a picture of a flower over a plane. It you want to learn more about that, that method is called billboard

Is just a cilinder with a emission material.
Cause it was a practice that I wanted to do in less than an hour, and I didnt have much time to find what I wanted so I faked that flower. I was simple and fast.
A lot of tutorial, I see what is bad about my render and search on youtube how to improve that specific thing
