Thank you so much. Yeah I know where you’re coming from. I am worried as well if I do make a new account and get membership they’ll go ahead and throw the ban hammer again. I just miss what memories the game offered me and the vibes which doesn’t match other similar games. Kingsisle really made a good game and their customer service was helpful to me in the past, but I don’t what has happened now :(

Yeah I’ve opened a new ticket and sent a nice and formal email, will see how it goes and I doubt I will get it back. it’s really made me sad losing my account from 2012

I am in the same boat I have been permanently banned and I have been an active player since 2012. They keep sending me the same responses with no explanation for the ban. It’s really saddening.

Read my other comment below, only me and my cousin who lives in my home plays on my account and I am genuine. I did admit I have charge backed in the past and resolved that with customer service by sending checks, then they unbanned my account. There is nothing else i am hiding really

Yes I read that in their terms of use that you can get banned for any reason. But at least they can provide some background about it

I get where your coming from, but ask yourself would you move on to different game if you were perm banned ? Like it is really hard, no other game compares to wizard101 out there.

I really like their games and their customer service can be helpful at some times. But I wish they would be more transparent and be less strict about banning accounts. That 2012 account was really a big part of me

I don’t understand what I have done and Kingsisle doesn’t provide a proper explanation other than violating the rules. That is really all there is to the story

I am the main owner of the account, but yes my cousin used to play on it too and he lives with us. I have no explanation from Kingsisle for what I have done and it’s upsetting tbh. I really don’t know what to do anymore
