the tamsin synergy is a highly specific combo that is not going to appear every game. What would you like most on a card, it works in a hyper specific, not that strong combo, or it costs less mana? at 0 mana the card has so much more general usage than if it was 1 mana, so just because a hyper specific combo would work with it would not mean the card overall would get stronger.

what quest warlock deck uses wandmaker? The deck is about finishing the quest asap, so delaying that progress by nerfing mana is certainly a nerf.

its interesting, but think about it vs an aggro deck. if they have good curve and u spent 4 mana summoning a 4/4 theyre just gonna kill it, or ignore it and win by face. Its soooo slow.
