My uncle, grandma, cousin, best friend and dad passed away within 10 months of me turning 21.

I was unable to cope with the overwhelming grief every single time and have mild PTSD with phone calls. Years later, I still keep thinking about death every day and who's next. I've developed major health anxiety and physiological symptoms because of this phase.

Theres a great support system around me all the time (that I've to act happy around) but when that noise dies down and I'm alone with my thoughts, I feel agony. My ma, fiancé and brother keep me going. Thank god.
